Right of Redemption

A homeowner may redeem his/her real estate by filing a petition for redemption and depositing the sale amount within one month from the date a Judge signs an order approving the foreclosure sale.

 

If you cannot redeem the property, please call us and we will negotiate good and valuable consideration for you to assign your right of redemption to us.
